This is my contribution to this year's Children in Need appeal. It's a huge event over here in the UK, raising millions for children from all backgrounds, who need help in many different ways.

I've not managed any artwork this week, as it is the first week of Rosie's summer holidays, so we've been busy visiting friends in different parts of the UK and getting jobs done. Today, thanks to my hubby being home and willing to take over parenting, hoovering and cooking duties, I managed to complete the above cards, finish a commission and start my Bettie page cards - yay!

I am reading the first Game of Thrones book and simultaneously working through the first dvd boxset, just so I can see what all the fuss is about. I'm getting into the series and enjoying it. Definitely not viewing for kids!

I've just finished a set for Breygent Marketing, based on the tv series Grimm. I'll post those cards as soon as I get approval. NBC are taking their time on that one... ;o)

After finishing The Avengers set for Unstoppable Cards, and before I start The Grimm for Breygent, I've made a concerted effort to do some personal sketch cards. I invited suggestions for TV/Film characters on my FaceBook Artpage and was rewarded with a lovely mix of characters to draw, which I don't normally get to do. Some I used as warm-up exercises, some I developed further, time permitting. Hope you like them! :o)

I've started work on the Avengers 50th Anniversary set for Unstoppable cards. The cards below have been approved already.

I've also started a Dracula set for Cult-Stuff and I'm trying to keep up with my personal sketch cards for eBay. I've been drawing mini Sherlock Holmes portraits too, and re-watching the TV series, which is fab!

It's been a busy few weeks - The Warlord of Mars cards are completed. I drew 25 for this set, for Breygent Marketing.

I also completed 20 cards for Cult-Stuff's Titanic set.

I have more blanks waiting to be drawn on, for Unstoppable Cards and Cult-Stuff. But for the next couple of days, I'm going to get a few artist returns done and a couple of personal sketch cards for eBay. Watch this space...
